By default, all orders are dispatched from our Sydney HQ within one business day (24 business hours).
If you have a preferred delivery date, we will do our best to accommodate it. If we are unable to meet your request due to logistical constraints, we will notify you via email.
Please note that weekend delivery is unavailable.
A tracking link will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery speed via AusPost Express Service (Australia-wide):
• 1–2 business days to capital cities and metro areas
• 2–5 business days to regional and rural areas

If no one is available at the delivery address, your parcel will be taken to the nearest post office for collection.
We can deliver to company addresses. Please include the company name at checkout.
In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or does not meet your expectations, we will happily offer a free replacement or a partial/full refund.
