The DELIGHT succulent gift range features premium succulents in a white ceramic pot, accompanied by a custom message on a preset box sleeve. Enhance your gift further with an optional branded plant pot and/or a custom message card.

Inclusions:

  • Premium succulents potted in a ceramic pot.
  • A gift box with your logo and custom text on a preset box sleeve. 
  • A succulent care card.
  • Optional: custom message cards (+$2 each).
  • Optional: logos on the pots (+$2 each).
  • Free design/setup service.

Sizes

  • Plant pot size: 8cm (D) x 8cm (H) - The pot does not have a drainage hole.
  • Gift box size: 10cm (L) x 10cm (W) x 16cm (H).

Gift Price

  • The unit price per gift varies based on the packaging and product finish. Adding a logo costs $2, two logos (front and back) $4, and a message card $2.
  • Volume discounts are available for orders of 100 gifts or more. Please contact us for a quote.

Shipping Cost

  • For bulk shipping, the total cost will be calculated based on the order quantity and displayed at the checkout.
  • For drop shipping to individual addresses, each gift incurs a delivery fee of $18. This cost will be displayed on the product page, with the total cost shown at checkout.
  • If you require a mix of bulk shipping and/or individual shipping, please contact us for a quote.

Payment Methods

  • Payment can be made via our online shop (for credit card payments) or via bank transfer with 14-day payment terms.
  • An invoice will be provided for bank transfer payments.
  • Please note that payment is required before your order is dispatched.
  • Orders typically take 1–3 weeks to produce, depending on the quantity and branding requirements.
  • For orders with branded plant pots (logos on the pots), the turnaround time is longer, with a minimum of 10 days.
  • For orders without branded plant pots, the turnaround time is shorter, typically 2–5 days for small volume orders.
  • Early notice is highly appreciated.
  • Urgent orders can be accommodated. Please contact us prior to placing your order.
  • Orders are dispatched from Sydney to metro and regional areas in NSW, ACT, VIC, QLD, and SA. Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to NT, TAS, and WA due to interstate biosecurity restrictions.
  • Delivery is via AusPost Express Service: Metro Areas: 1–2 business days; Regional & Rural Areas: 2–5 business days. Weekend delivery is not available.
  • We can deliver your order in bulk to a single location or to individual addresses, including home, business and event addresses.
  • Tracking links will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
  • If the delivery is unclaimed at the delivery location, your parcel will be taken to the nearest post office for collection, and we will notify you if this occurs.
  • In the unlikely event that a gift box is damaged during transit, we will gladly provide a free replacement.

  • Step 2: Approve the mockup design.

    Our designer will create a mockup design of the gift boxes for your review and approval to ensure it meets your expectations.

  • Step 3: Provide shipping details and receive your orders.

    Confirm your shipping details and get ready to receive your order on your preferred delivery day.

    If your order is being sent to individual addresses, we will email you with an address list to complete.

FAQs

There is no minimum order quantity for any of our corporate gift ranges.

Our turnaround time ranges between 1–3 weeks, depending on the order quantity. While we prefer at least 2 weeks’ notice, we can accommodate urgent orders.

All succulent and indoor plant gifts are available for delivery to NSW, VIC, QLD, SA, and ACT.

Due to biosecurity laws, we cannot ship live plants to WA, TAS, or NT.

Yes, we can ship corporate gifts directly to individual addresses in NSW, ACT, VIC, SA and QLD.

Large orders (100 units or more) will receive a discount. Please contact us for a quote.

Our gift box is thoughtfully designed and carefully packaged to ensure the gift recipients receive a perfectly potted plant gift, ready to enjoy straight out of the box.

Our succulent and indoor plants can stay inside the gift boxes for up to 1 week. Upon receiving your order, simply store them in a cool, shaded spot away from direct sunlight. No care is needed during this time, and the plants will look just as fresh when taken out of the box on your event day.

Yes, absolutely! Simply contact us and share your plan. After your first order, we will set up a custom ordering page for your brand, so you can order anytime, for both individual and bulk corporate gifting, and no minimum quantity required.
