Delivery, Return, and Refund Information

1 / How much is delivery?

Shipping is free for most items, except vases, pots, corporate, wedding, and bulk orders. Shipping costs will automatically be displayed at checkout. Contact us if you have any questions.

2 / What delivery options do I have?

We use Auspost Express to deliver all orders.

3 / Where do you ship to?

Most items are shipped Australia-wide, except for succulents, plants, and dried eucalyptus, which cannot be delivered to NT, TAS, and WA.

4 / How long does delivery take?

Your order will usually be dispatched within 1-2 business days and is expected to arrive at your doorstep in approximately 1-3 business days for major cities and 2-4 days for regional areas.

5 / How do you ship live plants?

We use secured packaging to ensure your plant arrives happy and healthy at your doorstep. 

6 / How can I track my parcel?

You will receive a shipment confirmation with a tracking link. The link will lead you to an AusPost tracking page.

7 / Do I need to be home to receive my package?

No, the delivery driver will find a safe place for your parcel. If not, they will leave a collection card for you to collect your parcel at the nearest Australian Post Office.

8 / What if my order is undeliverable?

If undeliverable, the parcel will be returned to us. Additional cost will apply if you wish to have your order redelivered.

9 / My order arrived damaged, what should I do?

If for any reason your order arrived damaged or in substandard condition, contact us and we’ll be happy to offer a free replacement or issue a refund.

To help us process your request as quickly as possible, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with these details: 

  • your order number

  • images of your order as it arrived

  • a detailed description of the issue

10 / What is your refund policy?

We do our best to create the highest quality products. As all of our products are perishable and fragile, all sales are final and non-refundable unless items are damaged during transit. Please note that we do not accept returns for change of mind.
